How do we get into space? What happens to our bodies once we're there? And why is it that in space, no one can hear you scream? Join the University of York's Katherine Leech to explore all these questions and more. With live demonstrations and hands on activities including boiling blood, oozing marshmallows and lots of explosions!

This event is suitable for all ages and is part of the Children's University.
